New login server

Hi, we've rewritten our login server, which will make it easier to add more features in the future. For now, this won't affect most regular users, but be on the lookout for bugs with it – specifically in logging in/out, and uploading replays. If you find a bug, go to the Help room to begin the process of getting it fixed. Thanks!
